[Resolve-- on Pay Roll of the Senate] Pay Roll of the Senate, together with a Resolve empowering the Governor and Council to draw their warrant on the Treasurer for 1706$ in favor of the persons respectively mentioned in said Pay Roll, which had been passed in the Senate came down for concurrence. Read twice and passed in concurrence with the Senate.

[Report of Committee on wait on Governor & inform him of intention of Legislature to adjourn] Mr Emery informed the House that the joint Committee appointed for the purpose, had informed the Governor of the intention of both Houses to adjourn this day, and also that they had enquired of the Governor whether he had any further communications to make to the Legislature at this time.

[Acts-- titles of read by Secretary of State] A message being announced by the doorkeeper-- Mr Secretary Ware came in and addressed the speaker as follows--

Mr Speaker, I am directed by the Governor, to inform this House that he has approved of, and signed the following Acts, passed by both Branches of the Legislature during the present session viz.
