[Pauper Account of Blue hill] Pauper Account of the Town of Blue Hill-- In Senate June 23d 1820 Read and committed to the Committee on Accounts. Sent down for concurrence. Read and concurred.
[Committee on State Valuation to report forthwith &c] Ordered that the committee on the subject of a State Valuation be directed to report forthwith.
[Report-- on Law respecting Constables &c &c] Committee appointed to consider what alterations are necessary to be made in the laws now in force relative to Constables-- report-- a reference to the next Session of this Legislature. Read and accepted.
[Committee to consider Law providing for appointment of Clerks &c &c] Ordered, that Messrs Vose of Augusta[,] Virgin of Rumford & Wilson of Bingham be a Committee to consider whether any and if any, what alterations are necessary in the Laws now in force providing for the appointment of Clerks of the Courts in the several Counties and for the safe keeping of the Judicial Records & files, with leave to report by bill or otherwise.
[Major Genl chosen by Senate for 11th Division.] Agreeably to assignment the Senate proceeded to the choice of a Major General for the 11th Division, when upon receiving, sorting, and counting the votes it appeared that Genl Denny McCobb was chosen in concurrence with the House In Senate June 23d 1820 Sent down Read & sent up.
