Report of the Committee on the petition of John H. Sheppard and Warren Rice, which had been read and accepted and sent down for concurrence, came up nonconcurred; and the Senate reconsidered their vote by which they accepted this report, and recommit the same committee; sent down for concurrence: came up concurred. -
