ment location of the seat of Government, came up and the House concur with the Senate in the acceptance of said report as amended in the Senate. -

[Bill additional to divide N Yarmouth]

Bill in addition to an act entitled an act to divide the town of North Yarmouth and incorporate the westerly part thereof into a town by the name of Cumberland, which in the House had been referred to the next Legislature, came up for concurrence, was read and nonconcurred: sent down. -

[Committee on Treasurer's Report]

On motion of Mr. Wilson, ordered that Messrs. Wilson and O'Brien be a Committee to take into consideration so much of the Treasurer's report as relates to the taxation of Township No. 6 in the 2d rang [range] in the County of Washington, and Township No. 8 in the 9th range in the County of Somerset, with leave to report by Resolve or otherwise. -

[Bill to incorporate the Merry Meeting Bridge]

Bill to incorporate the proprietors of Merry Meeting Bridge, was read a second time and passed to be engrossed with amendments; sent down for concurrence: came up concurred. -
