Bill additional to an Act concerning the assessment and collection of Taxes, Bill in addition to an Act to regulate the manufacture and inspection of stone lime & lime casks, Bill to establish a Ministerial and school fund in Porter, and Bill to provide for the erection and government of a State Prison. -

[Resolve granting money to Passamaquoddy Indians]

Resolve granting a sum of money to the Passamaquoddy Indians, passed to be engrossed in the House, came up for concurrence, was read twice and passed to be engrossed as taken into a new draft, sent down for concurrence. -

[Bill concerning taxes]

Bill additional to an Act conserning [concerning] the assessment and collection of Taxes, was read a second time and refused passage. -

[Report on Mark Traftons Account]

Mr. Case from the committee on accounts to whom was referred the account of Mark Trafton a land Agent, made a report thereon, which was read and recommitted to the same Committee; sent down for concurrence: came up concurred. -
