[Report on petition]

the petition of James Paul and others to be incorporated &c. reported that the same be referred to the first Session of the next Legislature: Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence: came up concurred. -

[Bills passed to be engrossed]

Bill to incorporate the Maine Manufacturing Company, and Bill to set off Nathaniel Larabee from Danville to Durham, having been passed to be engrossed and sent down for concurrence, came up concurred. -

[Bill regulating judicial process]

Bill additional to an Act regulating judicial process and proceeding, passed to be engrossed in the House, came up for concurrence, and was read twice and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House. -

[Bill establishing a Ministerial fund in Bluehill]

Bill to establish a Ministerial fund in Bluehill, came up with an amendment, in which the Senate concurred and passed the Bill to be engrossed. -

[Order concerning the Protest]

On motion of Mr. McDonald, ordered that the protest following, against the passage of the Lottery Bill, be entered upon the Journal of the Senate. -
