Hutchins of Penobscot, Wilkins of New Charleston, and Talbot of Machias, with such as the Senate may join, came up for concurrence, was read and concurred and Messrs. Green, Bond, Witham and Dunn were joined. -

Order of the House that so much of the Governor's message as relates to the Militia be referred to Messrs. Pike of Frankfort, Ludwig of Waldoboro', and Moore of Clinton with such as the Senate may join, came up for concurrence, was read and concurred and Messrs McDonald and Steele were joined. -
The Senate then adjourned to 10 oclock on Monday morning. -
