[Bill relating to selection and empannelling [empanelling] Jurors]

Bill in addition to an act regulating the selection, empannelling [empanelling] of service of Jurors which had been passed to be engrossed with amendments, and sent down for concurrence, came up nonconcurred: - The Senate insist on their amendments; sent down. - The bill came up, and the House insist on their vote of nonconcurrence. - The Senate adhere to their amendments, and send the Bill to the House. -

[Pet: Inhabitants of Plant No 6]

On motion of Mr. Bond, ordered that the petition of part of Plantation No. 6 in Oxford County, be taken from the files & laid on the table; referred to the Joint Standing committee on Incorporation of Towns, sent down for concurrence; came up concurred.

[Committee on Ministerial & School Lands]

On motion of Mr. Witham, ordered that Messrs. Witham and Dunn, with such as the House may join, be a committee to take into consideration the expediency of enacting a general law regulating the sale & disposition of Ministerial & school lands, with leave to report by Bill or otherwise; sent down for concurrence. - Came up concurred and Messrs. Fuller, Eveleth and Tolman were joined. -
