[Resolve for distribution of the laws &c]

Resolve providing for the promulgation and distribution of the Laws & Resolves of the State was twice and passed to be engrossed; sent down for concurrence: came up with an amendment to be engrossed, in which the Senate concurred.

[Bills passed to be engrossed]

Bill to incorporate the Master, Wardens and members of Hermon Lodge; Bill to authorize the town of Addison in the County of Washington to build a Bridge across the west branch of Pleasant river; and Bill to incorporate Alna Lodge, were severally read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House. -

[Resolve on pet: of RK. Lane et als]

Resolve on the petition of Rufus K. Lane & others, relative to the destruction of timber on Indians' Lands was read and committed to Messrs Tallman, Green and Usher. -

[Bill to annex part of Monroe to Brooks]

Bill to annex part of the town of Monroe to the town of Brooks was read once and tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a second reading: committed in the second reading. -
