[Resolve in favor of Ephraim Currier]

Resolve in favor of Ephraim Currier, which had been passed to be engrossed and sent to the House for concurrence, came up concurred. -

The following Bills passed to be engrossed in the House, came up for concurrence, viz.

[Bill to incorporate St. George Lodge]

Bill to incorporate the Master, Wardens and members of St. George Lodge; and

[Bill to rectify the west line of Concord]

Bill to rectify the west line of the town of Concord; and they were severally read twice & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House. -

[Bill to change the name of town of Putnam]

Bill to change the name of the town of Putnam, passed to be engrossed in the House, came up for concurrence, was read once and refused a second reading. -

[Communication from Counsellor Merrill]

A communication was received from Daniel Merrill Esquire signifying his acceptance of the office of Counsellor, and his readiness to be qualified: read and sent down. -

[Bill to alter terms of Court Sessions in Cumberland]

Bill to alter the terms of the Court of Sessions in the County of Cumberland, was read twice & passed to be engrossed; sent down for concurrence. -

Bill authorizing the conveyance of certain state
