Present Hon'ble Jeremiah Powell Esq Moderator P. Temp His Honor Thomas Cushing Esq Col Josiah Waters and John Avedry jun Voted That his Honor Thomas Cushing Esq be a Committee to draught a Letter to the Hon'ble Benj Chadbourne Esq requesting he would attend the Proprieters of the Land aforesaid to join with said Proprieters in their application to the Committee appointed by the General Court in May last to draw the line between the Proprieters holding under Shapleigh, the Commonwealth and the Proprietoers of Bridget Phillips and if he cannot attend that he would empower some person to Act in said Office and to report at the next meeting

Voted to adjourn to Wednesday the 6th day of Feby inst Then to meet at the Coffee House in Boston at 6 OClock P.M. and said meeting is adjourned accordingly
