[Committee - to provide agst bringing unnecessary suits.] On motion of Col Fletcher of China, Ordered, That Messrs Pond of Bucksport, Fletcher of China and Chase of Livermore be a committee to enquire into the expediency of passing a law to prevent auditors from bringing unnecessary suits on notes of hand signed by two or more persons residing within the same County with leave to report by bill or otherwise — read and passed.
