[Resolve - additional on apportionment of Representatives] Resolve in amendment of, and in addition to a Resolve apportioning the Representatives on the several Counties, towns, plantations, and classes on the first apportionment — was read and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

[Report - Poor Debtors] The committee appointed to consider the subject of providing for the relief of Poor Debtors — reported a Bill — The report accepted in Senate came down for concurrence — and the House concurred.

[Bill - relief of Poor Debtors] Bill "for the relief of poor debtors - was read a 1st and 2nd time and Monday next at 11. o'clock was assigned for a 3d reading and 200 copies ordered to be printed for the use of the members.

[Bill - Kennebec Steam Navigation Company] Bill to incorporate the Kennebec Steam Navigation Company — was read a 1st & 2nd time and Tuesday next at 10 o'clock assigned for a 3d reading — and referred to Messrs Gardiner of Gardiner, Dennet of Bowdoin and Adams of Portland.
