Resolve "in amendment of, and in addition to a Resolve apportioning the Representatives on the several Counties, towns, plantations & classes, on the first apportionment"— " "providing for the promulgation & distribution of the Laws & Resolves, which are or may be passed by the present Legislature" " "to extend the time for making certain roads through the public lands" " "in favor of James L Child" — which were severally finally passed. [Convention of both Houses Thos Vose — qualified as Counseller—] Agreeably to assignment the two houses met in convention, when Thomas vose Esq Counsellor elect, came in and took and subscribed the oaths prescribed by the Constitution to qualify him for the discharge of the duties of that Office — and the Senators then withdrew.
