[Committee - partition fences] On motion of Mr Fletcher of China Ordered, that Messrs Fletcher of China, Means of Westbrook and Lothrop of Searsmont be a committee to consider what alterations or amendments it may be necessary or expedient to make in the law regulating partition fences with leave to report by bill or otherwise — read & passed.

[Pet. Arthur McArthur] An order of the Senate directing notice on the petitions of Arthur McArthur & others for the removal of the Judicial Courts now holden at York to Alfred came down for concurrence — and the House concurred.
