[Bill - CC Pleas -] The House resumed the consideration of the Bill to establish the Court of Common Pleas when after adopting several amendments, and referring the 11th Section to Messrs Hayes of South Ber-wick, Bradbury of New Gloucester, Gray of Bowdoinham, Pond of Bucksport, Downes of Calais, Leach of Vassalboro; Virgin of Rumford, McFadden of Emden, & Butman of Dixmont for the purpose of fixing the times on which it will be most expedient for the terms of the Courts in the several Counties to be holden — adjourned until nine o'clock tomorrow morning.
