[Bill — East Meeting house - Machias] Bill "to incorporate the proprietors of the East meeting House in Machias" was read a 1st & 2nd time & Monday next at 10' o'clock assigned for a 3d reading.

[Bill - centre meeting house in Farmington] Bill " to incorporate the proprietors of the centre meeting House in Farmington — was read a 1st & 2nd time & Monday next at 10 o'clock assigned for a 3d reading.

[Committee of Conference —] [Bill — respecting court of Sessions] Message from the Senate by Mr Sewall their Secretary. Mr Speaker, The Senate have voted to insist upon their vote nonconcurring the House in their amendment to the Bill "in addition to an Act to establish Courts of Sessions" and have on their part appointed a committee of conference on the subject of disagreement of the two houses consisting of Messrs Holland and Wheeler and request the concurrence of the House. — and then the Secretary withdrew. The House concurred and appointed on their part Messrs virgin of Rumford, Downes of Calais & Weymouth of Gray.

[Motion for reconsideration — lost] Mr Hayes of South Berwick, moved a reconsideration of the vote of yesterday passing the Bill "to incorporate the South Berwick Bank — which motion did not prevail.
