The Secretary will lay before you the pay Roll of a general Court Martial held at Bucksport in November last for the trial of Col. John Hawse: Your attention having been requested to this subject in a former communication, I doubt not the Militia system, not only in this, but in other particulars, will receive such consideration during your present session, as the interest of the State seems to require William King.
