[Bill - town lines of Unity]

Bill entitled "An Act to establish the town lines of the Town of Unity." Read a third time and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

[Bill - toll of Eastport Bridge]

Bill entitled "An Act to increase the Toll of Eastport Bridge" being reported with amendments. Read a third time and passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence.

[Bill - poor debtors]

Bill entitled "An Act for the relief of poor debtors, arrested on execution" was called up and the further consideration of the same postponed till Wednesday next at 10 oclock.

[Committee - safe keeping of Gun Powder]

Ordered that Messrs Sprague of Hallowell, Carpenter of Mexico and Purrington of Harpswell be a committee to consider the expediency of providing by law for the safekeeping of Gunpowder in the Town of Hallowell with leave to report by bill or otherwise. Read and passed.

[Resolves - Treaty with Penobscot Indians]

Ordered that the Resolves confirming the Treaty with the Penobscot Indians now upon the table be recommitted to the Committee who reported the same. Read and passed.
