Read and concurred.

[Bills - Enacted] Committee on Engrossed Bills report as duly engrossed "An Act for the support and regulation of Mills" "An Act to set off a part of the Town of Livermore in the County of Oxford and annex it to the Town of Wayne in the County of Kennebec" which passed to be enacted.

[Bill - collection of taxes] Bill entitled "An Act concerning the assessment and collection of Taxes" being reported without amendment. Read a third time and on motion of Mr. Lock of Chesterville, recommitted.

[Bill - Jurors] Bill entitled "An Act regulating the selections, the empannelling [empanelling] and the services of grand and traverse Juries" being reported with amendments - Read a first and second time and tomorrow at 11 oclock assigned for a third reading & in the meantime recommitted.
