[Bill - to abolish the Circuit Court of Common Pleas]

Agreeably to assignment at 10 oclock the Bill "to abolish the Circuit Courts of Common Pleas transfer the powers thereof to the Supreme Judicial Court and to establish nisi prius and law terms to be holden by the said Supreme Judicial Court." was called up and after some desultory debate passed to be engrossed.
