Met according to adjournment. Journal of yesterday read by the Clerk.

[Bill - gambling -]

Bill "to prevent gaming for money or other property" being reported with amendments. Read a first and second time and tomorrow at 9 oclock assigned for a third Reading.

[Bill - Burglary]

Bill "providing for the punishment of the Crimes of Burglary & other breaking and entering of Buildings," being reported without amendments" Read a first and second time & tomorrow at 9 oclock assigned for a third Reading.

[Bill - perjury &c]

Bill "against perjury and subornation of Perjury" being reported without amendments - Read a first and second time & tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a third Reading.

[Bill - to revest Real Estate in the State -]

Bill "directing the manner in which Inquests of Office shall be taken to revest Real Estate in the State or to entitle the State thereto" being reported without amendments. Read a first and second time & tomorrow at 9 oclock assigned for a third Reading.

[Bill - watches in towns]

Bill "for keeping watches and wards in Towns and for preventing disorders in Streets & public places" being reported with the 8th Section taken into a new draft, is ordered to be engrossed as thus amended.
