[Bill - paupers -]

The House resumed the consideration of the Bill "ascertaining what shall constitute the legal settlement: & providing for the relief and support: employment and removal of the poor" and after adopting various amendments the Bill is committed to Messrs Stebbins, Adams and McCobb for the purpose of further amendment.

[Rep. on Military Accounts]

Committee to whom was referred the Report of the joint Committee on Military Accounts report the same without amendments - Read and report accepted.

[Military Accounts concurred -]

The Military Accounts as accepted and allowed by the Senate March 14th 1821 are now by this House read and allowed in concurrence with the Senate.

[Bill - salaries of Judges of Probate]

Bill "establishing the Salaries of the Judges of Probate" came down from the Senate amended and taken into a new draft - in which amendments the House concur and pass the Bill to be engrossed.

[Rep - John Walker & als]

The Report of the Committee on New Trials on Petitions of John Walker and of sundry others - came down from the Senate endorsed as follows, In Senate March 15th 1821. The Senate adhere to their former vote. Sent Down.

[Resolve - Jno. Walker James Hanscom Ezek. Waterhouse]

Resolve making valid the marriages of John Walker, James Hanscom, Ezekiel Waterhouse and
