Bill "regulating the manufacturing and inspection of Hogshead Shooks" being reported with amendments which are adopted is now passed to be engrossed as thus amended, Sent up for concurrence.

[Bill - tax of 50.000]

Bill "to apportion and assess on this State, a Tax of Fifty thousand Dollars" being reported with amendments which are adopted. Read a third time and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence

[Resolve - further compensation to Secy of State & Adjt. General]

Resolve allowing further compensation to the Secretary of State and also to the Adjutant General for their respective services Read a second time & passage refused. Sent up

[Resolve - allowing 100$ to Treasurer -]

Resolve allowing one hundred dollars to the Treasurer of the State for additional Clerk Hire being called up - the vote passing it to be engrossed was reconsidered and the Resolve ordered to lie on the table.

[Committee - to ascertain in which department their is most labor]
