Mr. Emery gave notice that he should move a reconsideration of the vote by which the 4th Section of said Bill was amended by this House, at 10 oclock on Monday morning next.

Mr. Clark gave notice that at the same hour he should move a reconsideration of the vote adding a new Section to the Bill describing the uniform of the Officers & soldiers - original vote 49 pro. 28 con.

Mr Mr Cobb also gave notice that at the same hour he should move a reconsideration of the vote whereby the House refused to strike out the 28th Section of the Bill.
