the Bill is accordingly rejected. On motion all the votes upon this Bill are reconsidered and the subject is committed to Messrs Miller of St George, Spofford & Parsons.

[Committee of conference on poor debtors law]

Ordered that Messrs Ripley, Green & Seaver be a Committee on the part of the Senate to confer with a Committee to be appointed on the part of the House of Representatives on the subject of difference between the two Houses in relation to the Bill entitled "an Act for the relief of Poor Debtors". In Senate March 19 1821 Read & passed. - Sent down Read and passed & Messrs Smith of Wiscasset, Miller of Warren & Carpenter are joined.

[Bill - Executors &c &c]

Bill "respecting Executors, Administrators, and Guardians & the conveyance of Real Estate in certain cases" came back from the Senate amended by erasing the word "now" in the 8th Section line 15th and inserting the word "herein" instead thereof - in which amendment the House concurs and pass the Bill to be engrossed as thus amended.

Ordered that when the House adjourn it will adjourn to 7 o'clock this evening.
