Met according to adjournment

[Committee - correct pay Roll -]

Ordered That Messrs Vose of Augusta, Spofford of Deer Isle & Morrill of Dearborne be a Committee to ascertain whether any members of this House have handed into the Committee on the Pay Roll a greater number of days than they have actually attended on the sittings of the House. The Committee reported instanter that through misapprehension of the Rules & Orders several members have reported all the days the House has been in session, without deducting those on which they have been absent - and that they have caused the Pay Roll to be corrected. Report read & accepted.

[Bill - Usury &c]

A message was sent to the Senate requesting that body to send down the papers relating to the subject embraced in the Usury Bill - The Senate immediately forwarded the same to the House accompanied with the following message In Senate March 17th 1821 The Senate adhere to their vote passing this Bill to be engrossed. The House now reconsider all their former votes upon this Bill so far as to concur with the Senate in passing this Bill to be engrossed as in a new draft

Ordered that when the House adjourn it will adjourn to 1/2 past 8 oclock on Monday morning next.
