[Convention proposed to qualify Counsellors]

"Mr Speaker" "The Senate propose a convention of both Houses at the chamber of the House of Representatives at 12 o'clock this day for the purpose of qualifying such Counsellors elect as are present & have signified their acceptance." The House concurred in the proposition for a convention and the Clerk was requested to acquaint the Senate therewith.

Ordered that Messrs Quinnam, Eveleth & Holland be a committee to consider if any alteration in the law regulating Divorces, is necessary with leave to report by bill or otherwise - read and passed.
