Ripley be a committee to consider what additional provisions are necessary respecting partition fences, with leave to report by bill or otherwise - read & passed.

Petition of Robert Crosby and others for a resolve authorizing some person to execute deeds of certain tracts of lands of Massachusetts for services rendered said State while Maine was an integral part, in locating Roads &c - was read and referred to the committee on New Trials - Sent up for concurrence.
