referring the petition of the Committee of Vinalhaven that a law may be passed authorizing said town to open & keep open a passage for salmon &c &c to the committee on interior fisheries - & the House concurred.

An order came from the Senate for concurrence, discharging the Committee on the petitions of Jacob Oliver & others - & of Thomas Bartlett & others, and referring said petitions to the committee on State Lands - & the House concurred.

Agreeably to notice, Mr Wilkins moved a reconsideration of the vote of yesterday referring to the next Legislature the Bill additional to an act to establish the Court of Common Pleas, which motion prevailed - and the Bill was referred to Messrs Leach, Wilkins & Parsons.
