[Bill - fishery in River St Croix]

fishery in St Croix and its branches - was read a 3d time and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Mr Quinnam at his own request was discharged from the committee on so much of the Governors Message as relates to the punishment of Convicts - and also from the committee to enquire if any alterations are necessary in the act for the relief of Poor Debtors.

Mr Twitchell was appointed to fill the vacancy in the first Committee - and Mr Ricker in the second Committee from which Mr Quinnam was discharged as above.
