Bill to establish a ministerial Fund in Bluehill, was read a 3d time & passed with an amendment at A to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.
[Resolve - agent respecting War claim &c]
Mr Williams obtained leave to lay on the table, Resolve, authorizing the appointment of an Agent to represent the claims of this State upon the United States for expenses incurred by Massachusetts during the late war, which was read and passed.

Bill to incorporate the Maine Manufacturing Company - was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
[Districting law to be printed]
An order came from the Senate for concurrence, directing the Secretary of State to cause to be printed three hundred copies of the Act "dividing the State into Districts & providing for the election of members to the Congress of the United States", & furnish each of the several towns & plantations with a copy of the same as soon as may be and also Blank returns of said elections - and the House concurred.

Bill an additional act establishing the fees of certain officers therein mentioned, was referred to Messrs Dunlap, Todd and Sturdivant.
[James M Rogers removed &c]
A certified copy of the causes assigned, for the removal of James M Rogers from all the offices he holds under this State and the precept thereon issued by the Senate summoning him to appear before them if he should see cause, and the return of John W Thompson a deputy Sheriff that he had duly served the same by giving him a copy thereof & also of said "causes", were in Senate read & send down for the information the House - & In the House the same were read & sent up.
