[Resolve] Resolve authorizing the Treasurer to borrow forty thousand dollars to be applied to the payment of the debt of the State read a second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House.

[Committee on road in Wash. county] On motion by Mr. O'Brien Ordered that the Committee on Public lands be instructed to take into consideration the expediency of devising means to open a road from Plantation No. seven in Washington County to Houlton Plantation - sent down for concurrence - came up concurred.
