194 1822 Feb 8 [Petitions] Mr Dennett from the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals reported on the petition of Daniel Barrett and the Remonstrances of Nathaniel Milliken and others against the same a reference thereof to the next Legislature - Read and accepted - Sent down for concurrence - came up concurred.

[Report of Comm. of Confer. on Salary Bill] Mr Bond from the Committee of conference respecting the disagreement of the two Houses on the Bill in addition to an Act establishing the Salaries of certain officers, reported that the Senate ought to insist on their former vote - referring the further consideration thereof to the next legislature - report read and accepted - Sent down -

[Bills enacted] The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported that they had examined and found to be truly engrossed from the originals the following Bills - and they were severally passed to be enacted by their titles to wit - An Act to incorporate the Town of Monson - An Act to incorporate the Proprietors of Great Marsh in Pleasant River - AN act to secure to owners their logs, masts and timber An Act in addition to an Act establishing and regulating the fees of the several officers and other persons therein mentioned - An Act to alter the time of holding the Court of Sessions in Washington County -

[Resolves] The same Committee also reported that they had examined the following Resolves - and found them to be truly engrossed - and they were severally passed - to wit - Resolve authorizing William G. Warren and Remember Goodwin to convey certain real estate - Resolve giving authority to Benjamin Isley and Hosea Isley to convey certain real estate - Resolve granting a new trial to John Wyllie –
