[198] [1822 Feb. 9] An Act relating to the Ministerial Congregational Society in Buxton - An Act to establish a Ministerial Fund in the town of Raymond - and an Act in addition to Act establishing and regulating the fees of certain officers therein named -

[Resolves] The same Committee also reported the following Resolves to be truly engrossed - and they were severally passed, to wit - Resolve providing for Indices to the Journals of the Senate & House of Representatives - Resolve appropriating money for the payment of engrossing Clerks - Resolve on the pay roll of the Senate - Resolve respecting State Colours and Musical Instruments - Resolve appropriating two hundred dollars to provide fuel for the use of the Legislature and the public offices of the State Resolve making an advance out of the State Treasury for printing - Resolve making an appropriation for contingent expenses - Resolve for the payment of accounts against the State -

[Committee to inform Gov'r that Legislature are about to adjourn &c sine die] On motion Ordered that Messrs. McDonald & Pierce with such as the House may join be a Committee to wait on the Governor and inform him that the Legislature have passed on all the public business before them - and are about to adjourn without day - and that the Committee enquire of the Governor whether he has any further communications to make at this time to the Legislature - Sent down for concurrence - Came up concurred. and Messrs. Tucker, Wilkins and Williams were joined on the part of the House -
