Jan. 7] [Remonstrance read and committed to Committee on Incorporation of Towns] a new county out of parts of the counties of Somerset, Oxford and Kennebec – " of the towns of Industry, New Portland, Vienna, Livermore, Paris, Woodstock Jay, Chesterville Weld, Buckfield Norway and Fryeburg. against the same petitions for the erection of a new county.

Hooper and others for incorporation of No. 9 & 15 as a town – " of Inhabitants of Phillips agt. petition of Isaac Clark and others praying to be incorporated into a new town to include part of said Phillips – " of town of Starks against petition of Peter West Junr. praying that lot No. 29 in said Starks may be set off to the town of Industry – " of Jonathan Brown and others against the petition of Isaac Clark praying to be incorporated as a town – " of Inhabitants of the westerly part of Frankfort against petition " of Joseph Fairbanks and others against the Petition for division of the town of Farmington " of Inhabitants of Farmington against a division of that town, and of certain individuals of the same town, agt. the division

And they were severally read and committed to the joint standing Committee on Incorporation of Towns, in concurrence with the House.
