[Report on petition of Timothy White - Notice] Mr. Bond from the Committee on new trials, to whom was referred the petition of Timothy White reported that the petitioner cause an attested copy of his petition and the order thereon to be published in the American Advocate and Hallowell Gazette, newspapers printed in Hallowell two weeks successively, to the end persons interested may appear and show cause at the Legislature, if any they have why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted.
