[46] [1822. Jan 9.] which reports were severally read and accepted, and sent down for concurrence, came up concurred.

[Report of Com. on New trials - Notice] Mr. Bond from the same Committee also reported that Joseph Fifield and others of Belgrade give notice by causing a copy of their petition and order thereon to be served on the town clerks of Belgrade and Readfield thirty days at least before the next legislature, to the end any persons interested may then and there appear and shew[show] cause, if any they have, why the prayer thereof should not be granted. Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence, came up concurred.

Mr. Bond from the same Committee also reported on the petition of Nathaniel Larrabee that petitioner give notice by serving an attested copy of his said petition and the order thereon, upon the town clerks of the towns of Danville and Durham thirty days at least before the beginning of the next Legislature, to the end persons interested may then and there appear and shew[show] cause, if any they have, why the prayer of said petition should not be granted. Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence, came up concurred.

[Report] Mr. Green from the Committee on Incorporation of Towns reported that the Town of Gerry have leave to bring in a Bill. Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence, came up concurred.

[Committee on unfinished business] Order of the House that Messrs. Lewis, Fox & Parker with such as the Senate may join, be a committee to consider and report as soon as may be, what public business it will be necessary to act upon the present session, came up for concurrence. Read and concurred, and Messrs. Dennett and Burnham were joined on the part of the Senate.
