[Jan. 10 – Report on H. Rich's petition] Mr. Seaver from the Joint Standing Committee on Banks and Banking reported that Hosea Rich and others have leave to withdraw their petition for a Bank at Bangor – Read and accepted – Sent down for concurrence – came up concurred –
[Report on C. Greene's petition] Mr. Bond from the Committee on new Trials reported on the petition of Charles Greene, that he give personal notice by an attested copy of his petition and order thereon to all persons interested, four days before the seventeenth instant, to the end they may then appear before the present session of the Legislature and shew[show] cause if any they have, why the prayer of said petition should not be granted – read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence, came up concurred –

Selectmen of Unity Notice] Mr. Bond from the same committee also reported on the petition of the Selectmen of Unity, that petitioners cause an attested copy of their petition and order thereon to be published in the American Advocate three weeks successively, the last publication to be thirty days before the first day of the sitting of the next Legislature – Sent down for concurrence, came up concurred.
[do. on John Soule Notice] Mr. Bond from the same Committee also reported on the petition of John Soule that petitioner give notice by causing an attested copy of his said petition and this order thereon to be published in the Portland Gazette two weeks successively before the twenty second day of January instant, to the end any persons interested may then appear before before this Legislature and shew[show] cause if any they have why the prayer of said petition should not be granted. Read and accepted – Sent down for concurrence – came up concurred.
[Resolve] Mr. Bond from the same Committee also reported a Resolve for the relief of Timothy Wolcott, which was read twice and passed to be engrossed – Sent down for concurrence –
