Bill entitled An Act to set off Asa Young with his estate from the town of Dearborn, and to annex the same to the town of Waterville, and the

Bill entitled An act to annex that part of Lot No. 29 which lies in the Northwest corner of Starks to the town of Industry, also a

[Resolve] Resolve relating to the Maryland Resolutions, reported by the same Committee as correctly engrossed, was passed.

Mr. Bond gave notice that tomorrow morning, at the meeting of the Senate, he should move for leave to bring in a Bill to incorporate the Maine Historical Society.

The Senate adjourned.
