[Report on Petition] Mr. Wheeler from the committee on petition of William Richards and al. reported that they have leave to withdraw their petition : Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence : concurred.-

Mr. Wheeler from the Committee on petition of the Selectmen of New Castle, reported that they have leave to bring in a Resolve : Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence.-

Mr. Witham from the committee on engrossed Bills reported the following to be truly copied, viz.-

[Bills enacted] Bill to limit the tenure of certain officers, Bill establishing the line between Litchfield & Richmond, Bill additional to an act respecting Lotteries, Bill to change name of Warsaw, Bill to secure rent to lessors of house lots & mill privileges, Bill additional to an act for the support & regulation of mills, Bill additional to an act regulating towns, town meetings and the choice of town officers, Bill additional to an act for rendering the decision of civil causes as speedy and little expensive as possible, Bill altering the boundaries of Monroe, Bill additional to the act for the inspection of Butter & Lard, and Bill additional to an act to incorporate the Trustees of the ministerial fund in the north Parish in Berwick : and they were severally passed to be enacted.- also

[Resolves passed] Resolve in favor of Mark Trafton, Resolve requiring selectmen to return a list of ministerial & school lands in their respective towns, Resolve providing for the settlement of the line between Lyman and Alfred, and Resolve in favor of Samuel F. Hussy & Jackson Davis : and they were severally passed.-
