[Report on Petition] Mr. Dennett from the committee on the petition of Belfast and als. reported that they have leave to withdraw their petition: Read and recommitted to Messrs Usher and Steele with such as the House may join : sent down for concurrence : concurred, and Messrs Watson, Pierce and Clark were joined.-

Report of the committee on petition of John Spring and als. came up; and the recommit the subject : The Senate reconsider their vote by which they accepted the report and concur with the House.-
