[Committee on County Buildings in Lincoln] Dennett and McCobb be a committee to take into consideration the propriety of submitting to the people of the County of Lincoln whether it is expedient for said county to erect County Buildings, and at what place in said County the same shall be erected; with leave to report by Resolve or otherwise.-

[Resolves] Resolve in favor of the town of New Castle was read once and committed, and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 2d rereading.-
