[Bills] Bill additional to the act for the regulation of Innholders, Retailers and Common Victuallers, and Bill to apportion and assess on this State a tax of $45,120..57; passed to be engrossed in the House came up for concurrence, and were read once and committed, and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for their 2d reading.-

[Report on Petition] Mr. McDonald from the committee, on petition of Jacob Quincy and als. reported that they have leave to withdraw their petition : Read accepted and sent down for concurrence: concurred.

[Resolves] Resolve on the petition of Alfred Gates, Resolve providing for the collection of demands assigned to this State by Massachusetts, and

[Bill] Bill additional to the act regulating damages on inland Bills of exchange; were severally read a 2 time & passed to be engrossed : sent down for concurrence

[Resolves] Resolve appropriating money for the support of the State Prison, was referred to Messrs Usher, Wheeler, and Anderson.- and Resolve providing for the choice of electors of President & vice President was referred to Messrs Wheeler, Dennett and Witham.-

[Report on Petition] Mr.Usher from the committee on petition of James Walker and als. of Greenwood, reported that the same be referred to the next Legislature : Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence : concurred.-
