Secretary thereof fifteen days in addition to the actual number he has been employed during the session, to enable him to bring up and complete the Journal and filing papers.-

[Resolves] Resolve additional to a Resolve for the payment of accounts against the State", was read a 2d time and passed to be engrossed with an amendment : sent down for concurrence : concurred.-

Mr. Witham from the committee on engrossed Bills reported "Resolve for the payment of accounts, against the State, to be truly copied, and it was passed.-

Resolve making appropriation for Military purposes" was read twice and passed to be engrossed : sent down for concurrence : concurred.-

[Report on Petition] Mr. Usher from the committee on petition on Samuel Taylor and als. reported that the same be referred to the next Legislature : Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence : concurred.-

[Resolve] Resolve in favor of the messengers of the Legislature and certain other purposes, was read twice and passed to be engrossed : sent down for concurrence.-

[Report] Report of the committee on petition of John Spring and als. came up, and the House adhere to their vote by which they gave the petitioners leave to bring in a Bill: and the Senate commit the subject to Messrs Usher, Dunn and Witham.-

[Resolve] Resolve in favor of Herbert P. Moore, passed to be engrossed in the House, came up for concurrence, and was read twice and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House.-
