[Bill] Bill respecting the salary of the Adjutant General, came up and the House adhere to their vote by which they refused the Bill a passage: and the Senate adhere to their vote by which they passed the same to be engrossed.-

[Report on Remonstrance] Mr. Usher from the committee on the Remonstrance of the selectmen of Mercer, reported that the same be referred to the next Legislature: Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence

[Reports] Mr. McDonald from the committee on conference on the "Resolve in favor of the Adjutant General," reported that the committee be discharged from further consideration thereof : accepted and the committee discharged.-

The Senate reconsider their vote by which they amended the Report of the committee on petition of John Spring and als. and concur the House giving leave to bring in a Bill.-

[Bill] The Senate reconsider their vote by which they referred to the next Legislature, the "Bill to incorporate the Saco and Ossipee Log Navigation Company," adopt an amendment, and now pass the same to be engrossed as amended : sent down for concurrence : concurred.-

On motion of Mr. McCobb, ordered that when the Senate do adjourn to half past two oclock P.M.-

[Resolves passed] Mr. Witham from the committee on engrossed Bills reported a Resolve providing for the choice of Electors of President and Vice President, and Resolve in favor of Joseph Griffin," to be truly copied, and they were passed.- Adjourned.
