250 [1824] [February 25] Mr. Witham from the committee on engrossed Bills then reported a

[Bill] Bill additional to an Act to organize, govern and discipline the Militia," to be truly copied, and it was passed to be enacted: And Mr. Wheeler was charged with a message to communicate the same to the Governor for his approbation and signature. -

[Messages] A message from the Governor by the Secretary of State was then received, informing that the Governor had approved and signed the

[Bill enacted] Bill additional to an Act to organize, govern and discipline the Militia. -

[Messages] A message was then sent to the House informing that the Senate had passed upon all the public business before them, and were about to adjourn without day. -

A message was then received from the House informing that the House had passed upon all the public business before them, and had voted to adjourn forthwith without day in concurrence. -

And the Senate was then accordingly adjourned without day. -
