Petition of Jonathan Ellwell for redress for certain injuries by him sustained,” committed in the House to the Committee on New Trials, came up for concurrence: Read and concurred.

Mr. Parsons of L. from the committee on an order upon that subject, reported that it is not expedient, at the present time, to amend the laws regulating the Herring Fishery of this State: Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence:
