that an attested copy of the report of the Justices aforesaid be transmitted to the Governor and Council, and a like copy to the House of Representatives; and that the several questions submitted to the Justices aforesaid, and their answers, be printed in the newspapers in which are published the laws of the State: Read and accepted. -

Mr. Southwick from the committee, on an order upon that subject, reported that the Legislature may have a recess on thursday next; and also further reported a
