Mr. Ripley from the committee, on engrossed Bills, reported the following to be truly copied, viz.

Bill in addition to an Act providing for payment of costs in criminal prosecutions,”

Bill to change the time of holding the Supreme Judicial Court in the County of Cumberland,”

Bill repealing an Act to establish a Ministerial fund in Chesterville,” and

Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of Mt. Desert Bridge,” And they were passed to be enacted.” -

[Resolves passed]

Resolve in addition to a Resolve apportioning the Representatives on the Several Counties, Towns & Plantations, and Classes on the first apportionment,”

Resolve respecting Etna Bridge in the town of Etna,” and

Resolve on petition of Tomah Loui;”
